The solutions for regular problems when sublimation printing

1.How to solve the problem of boardy feeling of effect of the printed out materials ?

Because of the high temperature, we can turn down the temperature according to the request of color of the sample properly.

2.How to solve the problem of wrinkle of effect of the printed out materials ?

The reasons of wrinkle effect as below ：

A. the blanket crooked running.

B. .the working uneven

C.the transfer paper and material did not tighten

D.the transfer paper printed out did not frap.

we can as per the above reasons eliminated gradually ,firstly ,we need to confirm the working table whether even or not,as well as the blanket if crooked running.and then ,to inspect the transfer paper and materials whether passing tensioner during printing.  finally, when we finished the printing of transfer paper ,which should be kept tightening.

3.How to solve the problem for double image when printed out materials?

The reasons of double image as below:

A.the transfer materials have phenomenon of shrinking

B. the transfer materials were not separated timely when they printed out

C.the transfer paper and materials crooked running during printing.

As per the first  solution of problem, we can preheat the materials in advance ,and according to   the second solution of problem,we can separate the transfer paper and materials by tripping lever on working table during materials were printed out. As per the third solution of problem, we need to keep the blanket don’t crook running .

4.How to solve the problem when material color can not match with the sample color which  customer provide?            

The actual color of materials is basis on ink,temperature,speed of printing,if the color printed out can not match with the sample color which customer provide ,we can adjust the specific error on computer ,and then adjust the temperature ,pressure, printing speed when machine printing

5.How to solve the problem of material getting thinner when they printed out?

The reasons of material getting thinner is because of the over pressure,which can be avoided from turning down pressure.
