How much heat transfer oil should be filled in the tank for Flying sublimation heat press machine ? 

Generally speaking , as per the standard for sublimation roller heat transfer machine running 5~6 working days a week and working 10 h/day, the sublimation calendar roller heat press need to be filled 15~20 KG heat transfer oil in the tank within one year for 420 mm drum diameter, 20-30KG  for 600 mm drum diameter.

To reach half of oil in the drum then it can be used .the oil should be changed after used 3- 5 years according to using condition. In particular, the heat-conducting oil will become thicker and more likely to deteriorate then caused carbon deposit to make the temperature uneven ,which would be caused color difference on fabric when the oil in the high temperature situation for long term .

Therefore, the buy the heat transfer oil with high quality is pretty important , which would directly affecting the printing effect .
