It is integration of the flat cutting pieces printing, roll to roll printing and cooling printing in one, and it needs small area, labor saving, lower power consumption.

As for manufacturing process, this machine adopts numerical control laser cutting process, ensure the precision of assembly position, and it also ensure the accuracy of the parallel position between each axis so as to get higher quality for printing product, make the blanket not easy to go off course. The heating roller body adopt heat insulation design, make the heat preservation effect is better than the common model. Under the conformity of roller diameter, power dissipation is 30%~40% lower than the other machines. This machine is adopted pneumatic pressurizing, the pressure can be adjustable and controllable alone according to requirement. Rotary axis is adopted numerical control lathe machining process, the precision is more higher. The diameter can reach ￠87, it has small bending deformation, thus preventing wrinkle and water ripples on transfer paper and finished product. 

As for printing effect, the printing effect of this machine can achieve to Color gradation like as the flatbed press machine, the color is brightly. Meanwhile it can reach to large format mass printing for roller machine, and more efficiently. As for operation, the feeding mode of this machine has changed the traditional method from “down-into” to “up-into”. The structure design of three putting and two collecting reduce labor cost, lower the labor intensity of operators. For piece printing, “up-into” operation will make roll fabric more alignment accurately and reduce the defective rate.
